Legend Island

Legend Island is Forza Horizon 6's endgame area, open only to Horizon Legends: earn all seven Wristbands, ending with Gold, to unlock it. It holds the Legend Island Circuit, a Time Attack Circuit and the Colossus, the longest Goliath race in the series, and suits R class cars.

Legend Island is Forza Horizon 6's endgame area, "an exclusive space reserved for the greatest drivers": it unlocks when you earn the Gold Wristband, the last of seven, which makes you a Horizon Legend. On it are the Legend Island Circuit, a Time Attack Circuit and the Colossus, which Playground calls "our longest Goliath event ever". The Colossus loops the entire map on the freeway. Playground calls the island "the perfect place for R-class cars," the new class for track cars. How to earn the Wristbands is on Wristbands.

Achievement "Horizon Legend": earn the Gold Wristband

How do you unlock Legend Island in Forza Horizon 6?

Earn all seven Festival Wristbands. They come in order, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, Orange, Purple and Gold, each won at a Wristband Event (a Showcase or a Horizon Rush) once you have banked enough Horizon Festival Points from races, PR Stunts and Skills. The Gold Wristband earns the achievement "Horizon Legend," and Legend Island opens with it. Playground has not published how many points each Wristband needs as of Nov 3, 2026. Reviewers liken this sealed-off endgame to the 2012 original Forza Horizon. Faster ways to earn points are on Skills, XP and Wheelspins and Campaign and Story.

The Colossus

The Colossus is a Goliath, the series' long-distance race, and Playground calls it "our longest Goliath event ever". Its route uses the freeway to loop the entire map, the road IGN says rings a huge portion of Japan. The Gold Wristband post repeats that Legend Island has "the longest Goliath race yet". Playground has not published the Colossus's length in miles or a typical race time, and no reliable source read gives one, as of Nov 3, 2026.

Legend Island Circuit and Time Attack

The Legend Island Circuit is the island's named race, and Playground says the island has "other unique events" without listing them. One of the game's Time Attack Circuits, the grassroots tracks where driving through the gantry starts a timed lap, is on Legend Island. Its name is not given in the posts read.

R class cars

Legend Island is "the perfect place for R-class cars". R is Forza Horizon 6's new class for track cars, above S2; driving any R class car earns "A Whole New World". Hypercars are kept out of Festival races until at least the Purple Wristband, so by the time the island opens every class is open. See Car Classes and Performance Index and Fastest Cars.

The Trial

The Trial is a weekly co-op event on the Festival Playlist open to Horizon Legends, starting with Series 2 on Jun 18, 2026 (Series 1 had none). Each series sets its own Trial; see Updates and Series.

Is Legend Island a region?

Very likely, though not confirmed. The map has 10 regions, nine of them named by their Treasure Cars, and Legend Island is the obvious tenth. No Playground page read lists the ten together as of Nov 3, 2026. A fan guide written before launch claims the island is offshore and reached by two bridges; no official page says so. See Regions.
