Mount Fuji and Touge Roads
Forza Horizon 6 builds Mount Fuji at real-world scale from satellite data and surrounds it with touge mountain passes, among them Mt. Haruna, Bandai Azuma, the Izu Skyline and the snow-walled Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, where night Touge Battles are raced.
Mount Fuji stands in Forza Horizon 6 at real-world scale, built from satellite data, as Playground's designers told Xbox Wire's French edition on May 18, 2026, and the roads around it include the mountain passes Japanese drivers call touge. Playground names Mt. Haruna and Bandai Azuma as its iconic passes. The map also has the Izu Skyline, with its view of Fuji, the Okuibuki parking area high in the Alps, and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route between towering snow walls. The passes host night Touge Battles, one opponent at a time. The whole map is on Japan Map.

Is Mount Fuji in Forza Horizon 6?
Yes. Fuji is the backdrop of the game's reveal teaser of Sep 25, 2025, and Playground's designers told Xbox Wire's French edition that it is built at real-world scale using satellite data. The English edition of that May 18, 2026 tour does not mention Fuji. PC Gamer's review describes seeing Mt. Fuji from the Izu Skyline, and the Series 6 7-Eleven Car Meet in Nangan overlooked it from Oct 8 to Nov 5, 2026. Playground has not said whether you can drive to Fuji's summit, and no review read describes it, as of Nov 3, 2026.
Mt. Haruna
Mt. Haruna is the pass Playground lists first among its mountain passes. Xbox Wire's tour describes steep cliffs and thin winding roads that demand precise control, with views of beach, forest and snow-capped peaks. Its exact region is not named in the sources read.
Bandai Azuma
The Bandai Azuma Skyline is the other pass Playground names in its features list and in the Full Map Reveal. It is in the Shimanoyama region, where the Bandai Azuma Skyline Drift Zone sits, one of the game's PR Stunts.
Izu Skyline and the Loop Bridge
The Izu Skyline is a ridge road with Mt. Fuji in view, and the map also has the Kawazu-Nanadaru Loop Bridge, both named in PC Gamer's review of May 14, 2026.
Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route
In the snowy Sotoyama region, the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route runs between towering snow walls, a corridor of snow taller than the cars. The Sotoyama Ski Resort Horizon Rush and the Hakusan Mountain Lodge are in the same region. With snow tires fitted, the Alpine region can be driven on snow in any season, not only in winter. See Seasons and Weather and Regions.
Okuibuki
The Okuibuki parking area sits high in the alpine region and is one of the three permanent Car Meets, with the Horizon Festival Site and Daikoku in Tokyo. See Car Meets and Drag Meets.
Named descents and touge routes
The Festival Playlist has used named mountain and street routes as weekly challenges, among them the Rainbow Bridge Descent, Okishinaimura Run and Norikura Descent in the week from Sep 24, 2026. The Hokubu Ascent is a Street Race named in PC Gamer's Treasure Car guide. The game's prologue already sends you down touge roads, in a 1995 Porsche 911 GT2 chasing a Mazda RX-7 Type R. Playground has not published a full list of touge routes as of Nov 3, 2026.
Touge Battles and Touge Showdown
Touge Battles are night races down narrow mountain roads against one opponent, part of Discover Japan rather than the Festival. PC Gamer calls them the best activities in that path. The first earns "Just Getting Started" and five earn "White Ghost". Online, Touge Showdown is a two-player head-to-head championship of three races in Horizon Play. Rules and rewards are on Street Races and Touge Battles and Multiplayer.
