Fastest Cars
The fastest car in Forza Horizon 6, by Red Bull's Jun 22, 2026 ranking of stock cars, is the 2012 Nissan GT-R Black Edition (R35) Forza Edition at 304.8 mph; without Forza Editions it is the Hennessey Venom F5 at 304.7 mph. Playground publishes no ranking of its own.
The fastest car in Forza Horizon 6, in Red Bull's ranking of stock cars by Chris Jecks (Jun 22, 2026), is the 2012 Nissan GT-R Black Edition (R35) Forza Edition, at 304.8 mph (490.5 km/h). Leave out Forza Editions and Red Bull names the 2021 Hennessey Venom F5, at 304.7 mph, the fastest stock car. Two cautions apply. Red Bull weighed acceleration and launch as well as top speed, so its order is not a pure top-speed list, and it does not say whether its speeds were measured on the road or read from the car's stat screen. And the ranking predates every balance change since late June 2026. Playground Games has published no fastest-car ranking of its own.

Sources: rank and top speed from Red Bull (Chris Jecks), Jun 22, 2026, which names the cars without model years; years and stock class from Playground's car list, read Nov 3, 2026.
The order shows the weighting: the Revuelto ranks third at 217 mph because Red Bull scores its acceleration and launch at the top of the scale, while the Venom F5 and Jesko, both far quicker at the top end, rank lower for slower launches. The Gemera and the FXX-K Evo are paid add-on cars (the Car Pass and the Welcome Pack), and the MX-5 Miata Forza Edition is sold as an Aftermarket car, which Red Bull priced at 450,000 credits. Red Bull gave the Agera RS's Auction House price as 2.9 million credits and the Venom F5's Autoshow price as 2.05 million.
Fastest by top speed alone
Taking only Red Bull's stated top speeds, the order is the GT-R Forza Edition (304.8 mph), Venom F5 (304.7 mph), Jesko (284 mph), Agera RS (275 mph), Gemera (272 mph), 918 Spyder (243 mph) and Revuelto (217 mph) (Red Bull, Jun 22, 2026). These are stock cars; a tuned car with top-speed gearing and an engine swap can go faster, and no outlet has published measured tuned top speeds. The clip is Dec Games' May 20, 2026 run, in which a tuned 1985 Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex Forza Edition reached 322 mph in the open world.
The R class
Playground added the R class for "track-focused cars", and it is the highest class on the list: 32 cars rated R 906 to R 998 as of Nov 3, 2026 (car list). High PI is not the same as top speed, since PI also rates handling and braking: the Venom F5, Jesko and Agera RS are S2 cars, and several of the R-class cars are track machines built for corners. The four R 998 cars are the 2018 Ferrari FXX-K Evo Welcome Pack, the 2018 Lotus Scura Motorsports Exige WTAC, the 1970 Porsche #3 917 LH Forza Edition and the 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Forza Edition (VIP), with the 2000 Nissan #36 Dream Project S15 Silvia WTAC just below at R 996. More on the classes is on Car Classes and Performance Index.
Fastest Forza Editions
Forza Edition Cars come "fitted with extreme modifications", which is why two of them made Red Bull's top 10 and the GT-R heads it. The GT-R Black Edition (R35) Forza Edition comes from Wheelspins and the Festival Playlist (car list), so it cannot be bought in the Autoshow. The clip is AR12Gaming's May 21, 2026 test, where a fully upgraded GT-R Forza Edition reached 306 mph, not a stock run.
Fastest muscle car and truck
Playground's own claims are about the real cars, not game measurements. It calls the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, a Car Pass car since Sep 17, 2026, "the fastest muscle car ever", quoting 0 to 60 mph in 1.66 seconds, a quarter mile under 9 seconds and 210 mph. It titled its Jul 2, 2026 post on the 2006 Dodge Ram SRT-10 "The Fastest Production Truck Ever is Here!", a pickup it says tops 150 mph with the Viper's 8.3-liter V10. For drag racing, see Car Meets and Drag Meets.
Have patches changed the fastest cars?
Not the top speeds that are known, but the meta, yes. The Series 2 update on Jun 15, 2026 made Drag Tires "no longer the optimal tire choice outside of drag racing", the Series 4 update on Aug 10, 2026 fixed a wrong power-to-weight calculation (patch notes), and the Series 7 update on Nov 2, 2026 cut the 2019 Ginetta G40 Junior, which had performed "significantly better than cars within the same PI Class". None of those changes is known to have moved the cars in Red Bull's list, which nobody has re-measured since. See Upgrades and Tuning. In the clip HokiHoshi (Nov 2, 2026) calls the Ginetta arguably the most overpowered car in any Forza game.
